1. Go to http://www.gravatars.com or http://en.gravatar.com/site/signup
2. Use the same email address you use on Glasgow Mods
3. Gravatar will send an email for you to confirm that you own the email address
4. Sign in and upload a picture of your choice
5. The first time takes a few hours for the server to pick it up and the next time you post it will appear
6. Be patient depends on the server load times and how busy it is
ENJOY your new picture against all the comments you made previously.
